The mobile marketing world is moving fast. Incredibly fast. New platforms, new devices, and new technologies create an ecosystem in which disruption occurs regularly and those advertising strategies that worked so well yesterday might not work at all tomorrow.
Thankfully, the Mobile Marketing Association offers us the chance to come together as an industry to talk about the latest trends and to help shape their direction.
At the MMA New York Forum taking place next week, several hundred of the leading brand marketers, ad agencies, media companies, technology enablers and other constituents from the ecosystem will converge on the Roosevelt Hotel to do exactly that. We’ll talk about big picture items like what it takes to win in mobile and what the future might hold. But we’ll also talk about practical, operational initiatives such as how to leverage mobile video to deepen consumer engagement and how mobile marketing can help you gain consumers’ trust. Of course, there will also be a healthy dose of case studies, panel discussions and the requisite networking opportunities mixed in as well.
Tapjoy is proud to play a major role in the conference by not only sponsoring it but also leading one of the discussions as well. During the pre-conference workshops on Monday, June 11, our CMO, Peter Dille, and our vice president and general manager of sales, Jim Jones, will co-present alongside Jeannette Kocsis of The Agency Inside Harte-Hanks to talk about the future of virtual currencies, in-game engagement, and how brands and advertisers can leverage these channels most effectively.
We will also have a booth in the exhibit area and will be sending several of our best representatives. If you’re interested in scheduling a meeting with us, please email adsales@tapjoy.com , or otherwise feel free to swing by our booth to chat about how we can help you reach an enormous mobile audience to drive awareness, deepen engagement and boost your performance. You can pick up some cool schwag and a free tee-shirt while you’re at it.
Finally, what would a conference be without cocktail receptions? We’ll be hosting a reception in the hotel immediately following the festivities on the night of Tuesday, June 12th, so be sure to stick around to mix and mingle with your fellow attendees. Then come back and join us again after dinner for the “Sky’s The Limit†after-party at Mad46 on the rooftop of the Roosevelt Hotel from 10:00 pm – 12:00 am.
Like the industry itself, the conference is also sure to go by fast. But we’re looking forward to meeting with all of you and talking about the topics that we are so passionate about. Hope to see you there!
